Parent feedback is highly important to us. We formally survey parents, and also encourage them to give us feedback via:

  • Pupils’ Diaries
  • Our parent forums
  • By appointment
  • By phone and email

The start of the school day during pupil drop off, between 08:30 and 08:50, is also a good time to have an informal chat with the Head or Deputy who are on duty.

Of course, we hope that parents are highly satisfied with our school provision, but should at any time you be dissatisfied please let us know immediately. In the first instance we ask you contact your child’s main teacher if there is an academic concern. Other concerns should be raised with the Head of School or Deputy Head (for issues relating to Reception to Year 6, or general school concerns), or the Head of Nursery in relation to children attending the nursery.

The formal complaints procedure is outlined in our Complaints Policy.

Parents can, upon request, been informed of the number of complaints registered according to our policy during the preceding year.
